76 Stoke Lane
The client required a larger house for their growing family members and asked for a two storey extension to the side and rear to provide a replacement garage , a new utility, a ground floor toilet and a new master bedroom and en-suite at first floor.
The design had to contend with building over a public sewer which are commonly found on this type of house as well as extending a non conventional roof structure.
This is an example ofmany similar projects to this type of house that has been completed in recent years all of which have included bridging a public sewer.
