Shop refurbishment in the Mall, Clifton

Here the client wanted to open a new concept business with retail of children's toys at street level and a children’s hair salon within the basement .  Formerly used as a greengrocers store and extremely run down, the project entailed removal of a large built in refrigerated room before the retail space could be opened up.  To the rear of the shop , the design had to work around a fire escape tunnel serving the public house next door.

The work included conversion of the cellar to double the retail space in this prestigious shopping area.
