Great Brockeridge

Although not a small house in footprint,  the original kitchen was tiny with poor connection to the adjoining reception spaces. Not ideal for family use, the clients brief  was originally for a single storey rear extension however the client decided they would like a side extension to provide a small garage to the front with a spacious kitchen / breakfast room to the rear at ground level with an enlarged double bedroom and bathroom plus an additional  study on the first floor.

The clients also requested conversion of the large roof space to a very large master bedroom with en-suite facility turning the property from a three bed to a five/ six bed dwelling.  The end result was a spacious family home with interconnected reception spaces which were ideal for a young family.
